Frequently Asked Questions

General FAQs- Onto Orthopedics

  • How long have you been in business?

-We have been proudly serving the DFW metroplex since 2003.

  • Where are you located?

-Our practice is conveniently located just west of the Dallas tollway in Plano, TX. Skip the long drive to a distant orthopedic surgeon and schedule to visit our practice instead. Check out the Contact Us page for a map of our location and more.

  • Why should I visit Dr. Hayden, an orthopedic specialist, directly without a referral?

-If you feel that you have musculoskeletal or orthopedic issues, give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you. You could save money and time by visiting us first (specialists who meet your unique needs).

  • Is it difficult to schedule an appointment and see Dr. Hayden?

-Unlike many orthopedic practices, our new patient process is simple and pain-free. Simply give us a call and we will set up an appointment for you to see Dr. Hayden, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. Our scheduling process is very flexible and many dates are usually available. New patient forms are also available online to expedite the process. Whatever your question, we will do our best to help you.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

-We accept many medical insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Signa, and United Insurance, as well as personal payments. Additionally, we are now accepting the medical coverage included with most auto insurance policies. Unfortunately, we are not accepting new Medicare and Medicaid patients at this time. Please give us a call if you have any questions.

  • What are your orthopedic specialties?

-At Onto Orthopedics, we specialize in almost all orthopedic injuries, aches, and pains. Navigate to the Our Services page to see just a few of our medical specialties. This list represents a fraction of the medical services that we provide. Even if you feel you have an unlisted orthopedic problem, contact our practice for more information today

  • Do you accept medical coverage included with most auto insurance policies?

-Yes we do! If your regular health insurance includes frustrating terms or a high deductible (and you were injured in an auto collision), please give us a call. There is a good chance you are covered.
