Have you been injured in an auto accident? Consider visiting our practice for quick, high quality care. For years, Onto Orthopedics has catered to the unique situations of auto accident victims. Whether your were just injured or are suffering from long-term auto accident-related injuries, we are here to help. Unlike many practices that require you to begin treatment with physical therapy or chiropractic care, at our practice you can see the orthopedist first for diagnostics and treatment. Why risk receiving a questionable diagnosis? As the home of Harvard-trained orthopedist Shawn A. Hayden, MD, PhD, Onto Orthopedics provides some of the latest diagnostic and treatment techologies. Our practice accepts a variety of payment options including PIP, Medpay, and provides cash pay discounts. Our Plano, TX office is open during the Covid-19 pandemic. We now also offer telemedicine appointments.
In 2004 Onto Orthopedics was one of the first orthopedic practices in North Texas to adopt an electronic medical record (EMR) system. Our technological tradition continues with an ever-expanding array of leading on-site diagnostic devices and treatments as well as new telemedicine systems. Some of our diagnostic technologies include our in-office ultrasound machine, Mi Eye 2, and direct radiography (DR) x-ray machine. Innovative treatment solutions include reparative medicines. Many of these treatments offer a minimally-invasive alternative to costly surgery. Further, Dr. Hayden is constantly training in some of the latest orthopedic techniques such as Joimax minimally invasive spinal surgery.
Patient satisfaction is a top priorty for our practice. Unlike many of the high volume orthopedic practices in DFW, Onto Orthopedics provides every patient a personalized experience. In 2015 we implemented Rockbot, an interactive music system for our waiting room. Dr. Hayden, sees all of his patients without extenders. From carefully selected lighting, flooring, and paint schemes, our office has also been designed to optimize the patient experience. We're working hard to minimze your wait time and ensure our office is as sanitary as possible especially during the COVID-19 epidemic. Flexible telemedicine appointments are available on demand. Finally, we are located just 1000 feet from the Chisolm Walking Trail. A visit to our practice is an excellent opportunity to rejuvenate both body and mind.
Multiple Payment Options
If you have been in an auto accident it can be challenging to receive prompt, high quality injury treatment. Many orthopedists do not accept payments from auto insurers for their services. Onto Orthopedics accepts the health coverage included with many auto insurance policies.
These coverage provisions include PIP (Personal Injury Protection) and Medpay. Our practice has also worked with local auto injury attorneys that practice automobile injury law. Many of these attorneys have developed a group of physicians and surgeons to which you can be referred to directly. This can reduce your search to find a specialist to treat your injury by days. Stop worrying about your health insurance or a high out of pocket deductible. We also work with attorneys in personal injury cases. Often, personal injury patients will owe very little or nothing out of pocket. If you are unsure about the process, we are happy to guide you.
